Terms & Conditions — 3dbet Platform

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the 3dbet Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 3dbet enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services, consistent with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesia market.
• You must be acting as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a company, partnership, trust, or any other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to your location before registering.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether self-imposed through 3dbet's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal disability that prevents you from entering contracts, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or agent of 3dbet, nor an immediate family member of any such person, except with the prior written consent of 3dbet's compliance team.

To access the full range of 3dbet products and services, Players must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• One account per player: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and phone number. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3dbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify 3dbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Non-transferability: Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in your account or the funds or bonuses held within it.
• Account dormancy: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. 3dbet reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notification to the Player at their registered email address.

All financial transactions on 3dbet are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger enhanced KYC verification.
• Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and QRIS. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation. 3dbet accepts no responsibility for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
• Only deposit using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed where identified.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been successfully used for a prior deposit and that is registered in the same name as your 3dbet account.
• 3dbet targets processing of IDR bank transfer withdrawals in under ten minutes during normal operating conditions. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay frequently complete in under 60 seconds. These are performance targets, not contractual guarantees; processing times may be extended during system maintenance, public holidays, or periods of high transaction volume.
• 3dbet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on temporary hold for up to three business days.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements set out in Clause 5 below. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting rollover conditions will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

4.3 Currency and Fees

• All balances, transactions, and winnings are denominated in IDR. 3dbet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which 3dbet accepts no responsibility.
• In the event of a chargeback or reversal initiated by a Player without prior approval from 3dbet, the Player's account will be immediately suspended pending investigation and any associated costs may be recovered from the Player's account balance.

3dbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or playthrough requirement). The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Game weighting: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets and live casino games typically contribute 100%, while certain slot titles and table games may contribute a reduced percentage. Full game-weighting tables are published on the promotions page.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of being credited to an account will expire and be removed automatically. Active bonuses for which the wagering requirement has not been met within the stated validity period (typically 30 days from activation) will also expire, and any remaining bonus balance plus associated winnings will be forfeited.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. 3dbet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from any account where abuse is suspected.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of playing with a bonus is capped at ten times (10x) the original bonus value.
• Seasonal promotions: Special promotions tied to Indonesian cultural and sporting events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), BRI Liga 1 season openers, and Piala AFF tournaments — are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published in advance of each promotion period.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the 3dbet Platform. Product-specific rules for the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and lottery products are published in the Help section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Sportsbook: All sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with 3dbet's official football and sports betting rules. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement beyond 36 hours, or walkover, affected selections will be voided and stakes returned. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets with one void selection will be settled on the remaining legs at the revised combined odds.
• Live in-play betting: Odds offered during live in-play markets may change rapidly. Once a bet has been accepted by 3dbet's system and a confirmation is displayed, it is binding and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by event, market, and product type. 3dbet reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Player account where unusual or potentially abusive betting patterns are detected.
• Error odds: Where odds are published in error due to a technical fault or human error that results in a price that is manifestly incorrect relative to the true market price, 3dbet reserves the right to void bets placed at such erroneous odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Casino and slot games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Togel products: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by independently verified draw processes. 3dbet is not responsible for results from third-party draw organisations where the Platform displays results from external sources.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3dbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform under any identity.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, using another person's identity or payment methods, or impersonating any person or entity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live casino games, or betting markets.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, use of multiple payment methods, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine game participation.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of illegal activity. 3dbet complies with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider without first raising the dispute directly with 3dbet support.
• Interference: Attempting to interfere with, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the technical operation of the Platform, including its security systems, odds feeds, or RNG software.

3dbet is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, and responsible gaming frameworks. By registering an account, you consent to providing the documentation and information required to complete this verification.

Standard KYC documents may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days and bearing your name and residential address.
• Proof of payment method — a photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the bank account, e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja), or card used to deposit on the Platform.
• Source of funds documentation may be requested for Players whose deposit or wagering activity exceeds certain thresholds, or where enhanced due diligence is considered necessary.

KYC verification is typically completed within one business day of all required documents being submitted. 3dbet reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests while KYC verification is pending. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a formal request may be restricted or closed, and any unverifiable balance may be subject to regulatory hold.

3dbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and 3dbet.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where you have opted in — direct marketing communications.

3dbet implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmission pathways and stores personal data on secured servers. We do not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or legitimate business necessity.

3dbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all account holders at no charge:

• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and may be extended to a lifetime ban upon request. Self-excluded players will be removed from all marketing lists.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3dbet's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any wager placed thereon shall be limited to the amount deposited by the Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3dbet shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to or unavailability of the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or any other event outside 3dbet's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network.
• Any decision by a Player made in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, match previews, or promotional copy.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 3dbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

3dbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7.
• Regulatory instruction or requirement from a relevant authority.
• Account dormancy for a period exceeding 24 months with no prior contact from the Player.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to the Player's breach of these Terms, 3dbet reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including any bonus winnings. Where closure is initiated by 3dbet for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method within 10 business days.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the verified payment method on record.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3dbet holds its primary international gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in the licensing information section of the Platform.

By registering on 3dbet, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your country of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 3dbet makes no representation that the Platform or its services are available or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 3dbet's customer support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority. Players agree to pursue any claim individually and not as part of a class action.

3dbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, your only recourse is to cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
